From a fighter mummy cat

A big Hello to all the humans out there.

From your talk and gossip I have understood that my presence is not  welcome here. I am imposed of many crimes and some of them are - drinking milk from your utensils and currently even when it's boiling hot, making residence near your cooler when it's real hot out there, making entry even from the high windows while you were asleep at night, spreading your garbage all over the floor from dustbins and making it dirty in search of food I wish to find as I have to fill my own stomach with my newborns, meowing for long when I feel as if I have lost one of my babies, which in the result disturbs you in your studies and some more can be included in the list. And here with my truthfulness and honesty I admit that I am responsible for all those crimes according to your civilised norms and etiquettes. Currently I have known that you humans call yourself Homo Sapiens Sapiens which at first was Homo Sapiens only which means wise man and so what do you expect from a foolish like me because I am just from a cat family which you broadly call as Felis Cactus.

One week ago I gave birth to my little ones. Till then I was all calm and took care of not disturbing you. But now there are changes. Like it's raining out there and so I cannot find any shelter in bushes or somewhere like that because my babies are also with me, all rats are probably hidden away in dip holes so no food is available through hunting process, I have seen big scary dogs on roads outside the walls and I don't want my babies to die even before they learn to catch their own pray. It was easy when I was alone I could manage anyway but you know the responsibility of a mother is always the biggest one including a lot of risk. You never know what can happen. Some time ago I only had to tackle the dogs but nowadays you humans also play the hiding game. You pick up our babies and hide them at such places that we never come to know about. With my hard times I forget about your deeds and with passage of time I forgive you because I know my babies will learn to survive like their mother. We are all brave and even famous for the same.

I have a question for you ‘Had you taken a signed letter from the creator that you will be the master of all causes and property on Mother Earth?’ Because apart from you none of the creatures are engaged in overpowering others. You may think that I overpower rats and let me tell you it's not that way. When we were created we were woven in a web and as a result we are all dependent on each other. Me on rats, rats on grains and who am I telling this to? To the experts of food chain makers? You know about it but are failing to understand it a little. You are behaving as if all of the resources are to satisfy your growing hunger to top the competition as you have started believing in development through capitalist approach. Let's take as much as you need but save a little for us who don't get Sapiens attached to their names.

We don't have high technologies because we were made perfect in our world. We are made capable of finding our food, hunting for it and satisfying hunger and we are happy with that. You have big needs and necessities but is it that important for you to take away little of our’s whichever and however is remaining because as we can see you are consuming so excessively.

Some of my friends are lucky they have a home with you humans and they  are being well fed and well taken care of. But not all of us. And we also have got to live our lives. Am I not a cute cat as those humans call theirs? If you want to take control of all we have, we will have no grudges but please think of us too. Show a little mercy and help us find a shelter somewhere not splendid and decorated but which will save me and my kittens from rains and heat waves will give us warmth in the cold and we will find our prayers nearby.

We play survival games throughout and you get to live throughout. I wish you help yourself in giving this letter a thought.
